If you receive incorrect, defective, or broken merchandise please contact us at forrestgump@bubbagump.com or 877-SAY GUMP so that we can replace your order. In your replacement package we may also include a return shipping label so that the damaged goods can be sent back to us.
If you receive merchandise you no longer want please ship it to the address below along with a copy of your order within 30 days. We will issue a credit on your credit card for the amount of the merchandise returned minus the shipping and handling. You may return the merchandise via any carrier however we suggest the merchandise be trackable as we cannot issue credits for merchandise that is lost in transit.
