When will my order be processed?
Gump Gear Merchandise orders are processed within 3 business days.

How do I know if my order went through?
Once an order is placed you should automatically receive a confirmation email that recaps your order details. This email is sometimes blocked by junk mail filters so if you do not receive confirmation please contact us.

When will my order be delivered?
Gump Gear Merchandise orders are shipped out of our Distribution Center in Denver, CO. Transit times vary by location. For international orders, transit time is typically 7 business days or less. Orders shipped through FedEx Ground are in transit for 1 to 4 business days within the Continental US. For orders sent to Hawaii and Alaska, transit time can be up to 7 business days.

How do I return or exchange at item?
Please see our Return and Exchange page for information.

Do you ship to countries outside of the US?
Yes, we are able to ship merchandise to international locations.

Who is responsible for paying duties and taxes on international shipments?
Bubba Gump has no control over duties or taxes that may be assessed. We fill out all customs paperwork with information that is accurate and correct to the best of our knowledge. Any duties, taxes, and fees that may be assessed are the responsibility of the recipient.

My international order is delayed. What can I do?
If your order is held up in customs we are happy to provide additional documentation if needed. However we cannot accept responsibility for packages that are delivered late due to customs delays as these are out of our control.

I saw a merchandise item at one of your stores that isn't available online. Can I still order it?
Please contact us via phone or email and we will do our best to locate the item for you.

Can I get a souvenir from one of your international locations online?
Unfortunately only items from our US locations are available at this time.

I have an account in your store but it doesn't work anymore.
We recently made some updates to our store software, and have imported all of our customer accounts. If your account still does not work, please contact Customer Service at forrestgump@bubbagump.com or call 1-877-SAY-GUMP (1-877-729-4867).
